SPA POLICIES

RESERVATIONS

Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of service. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment. We do accept walk-in guests; however, please note that availability may be limited. Groupon reservations are made Monday-Thursday only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or a “no show” will incur a 100% fee of service.

ARRIVAL

Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation to avoid reduced service times. A late arrival will result in a shortened service to accommodate other guests fairly. Please allow time for travel and traffic; if you are running late, please inform our Spa reception. Late arrivals will be charged for the full price of the services scheduled.

CONSULTATION

Ultimate Massage Spa is dedicated to ensure our guests have a memorable spa experience. Upon check-in, our reception will ask you to fill out our consultation form, this is to assist us to communicate with the service provider. All guests are required to fill out consultation form in order to receive service.

SPA-ETIQUETTE

To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary at Ultimate Massage Spa, we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum.  Cell phones and electronic devices are discouraged, please keep them on silent mode or in your car, please also avoid engaging in loud conversations.

CHILDREN POLICY

All our treatments and services are intended for persons 12 years and older; however, children are permitted at Ultimate Massage Spa if they are booked for a service and their parents or guardians give consent for the service and fill out a consultation form. For safety reasons, no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa unless booked for a service. We do not have facilities to care for children and hope you understand we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also would like to keep a relaxing environment for our guests.

PREGNANCY/MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS

It is your responsibility to declare any relevant medical conditions, such as; high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgery, are pregnant or have any other medical complications in the consultation form before service. You are also advised to consult a doctor before signing up for any treatment or services.  We have certified therapists who can perform Prenatal Massages, please note we only accept women who are past their first trimester (approximately 12 weeks). Please note that Ultimate Massage Spa or our employees will not take any responsibilities on claims, you do so at our own risk.

SMOKING & ALCOHOL

Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol within the Spa are prohibited. It is also advisable to avoid the consumption of alcohol or heavy meals prior to, or after any Spa treatment.

VALUABLES

We recommend that no jewelry be worn at the Spa. Ultimate Massage Spa and our employees accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises. We kindly ask that you check all belongings before leaving the spa.

PROFESSIONAL SPA

Our trained therapists are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. For full body treatments, your body will be fully covered during the entire treatment. If a therapist ever feels that a guest is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop a treatment service immediately and you will be charged for the services scheduled.

GRATUITIES

Our treatments and services do not include gratuities/tips. Customary gratuity for each service provider is 15 to 20 percent. If you wish to give your provider a tip/gratuity, there are tipping envelopes at the front desk. We prefer cash tips as they go directly to the provider. Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards for our spa treatments are available for purchase online or in-person. Ultimate Massage Spa holds no responsibility if you lose your gift card.

REFUND POLICY

Services, treatment packages, gift cards, spa products and merchandise purchased are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

Ultimate Massage Spa aims to provide you with products and merchandise. Any defective products or merchandise purchased for home use can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt or proof of purchase is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products; instead, a replacement or spa credit will be provided.

PAYMENT

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

PRICES & SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our guests up to date on any changes that may occur. Please note that Ultimate Massage Spa does not accept any responsibility of prices on third parties’ websites. Spa packages must be used by the same person on the same day and cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions. Any discounts will be applied to the full price of each service. GENERAL DISCLAIMER

The spa treatments, services and/or facilities received or utilized at Ultimate Massage Spa, are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that guests may have. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Ultimate Massage Spa, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.
