Do I need to book all services in one visit?
Yes, spa packages are designed to be enjoyed in a single visit for the full relaxation experience. Each package flows seamlessly from one treatment to the next. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early.
Can I customize a spa package?
Our packages are pre-designed for optimal value and experience. However, if you have specific needs, call us to discuss options. We can often accommodate modifications or help you choose the best package for your goals.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance, especially for longer packages like Total Body and Ultimate. For weekends and holidays, 2 weeks notice is ideal to ensure availability.
Can two people share a package?
Packages are designed for individual use and cannot be split. However, two people can each book the same package and enjoy treatments simultaneously if we have availability. Ask about couples booking options.
What should I bring?
We provide robes, slippers, towels, and all treatment products. Just bring yourself! Wear comfortable clothing, leave jewelry at home, and plan to relax. For longer packages, you may want to bring a change of clothes.
