If you are pregnant, we recommend a prenatal massage that allows us to work on all of the aches and pains of motherhood. Regardless of what trimester you are in, this is a treatment that you can enjoy to the fullest. Myofascial Release

“Myo” means muscle. “Fascial” refers to the connective tissue that covers and supports the muscles throughout your entire body. During myofascial release therapy, your therapist will be treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.
